how do you pause when you are tape a video so you can "teleport" while someone is watching your video. for example i'm in my room i say-so: "i can teleport" then I delay and I appear somewhere else. how do you pause soundtrack? I have be taking pictures at smaller venue concerts only just and I am very discontent with the results. Sometimes the pictures freshly come out horribly and others they come out great. Any tips for nighttime shooting or shooting in dark settings would be greatly appreciated. I'm a beginner so keep hold of that in mind.

canon powershot sd1100- special scene selection?
I've been looking into getting a hot digital camera- Canon's Powershots have stood out the most to me. I hold a question give or take a few the 1100 that I could use some help with- according to Canon's website (http://www.usa.canon.com/consumer/contro... , 3rd page after hitting Next) near are special scene selections close to beach, aquarium, foliage, etc. When I looked at the camera at Circuit City and Best Buy, I didn't hold that many option. All I could find were the option shown on this review: http://www.steves-digicams.com/2008_revi... . When I asked the employees at both Best Buy and Circuit City, they said the sd1100 doesn't enjoy scene selections. They even help me attempt to find them. Any help from you guys? And while we're at it, is the 870 worth the extra $50 over the 1100? I mostly give somebody a lift macro shots (handmade jewelry for my etsy shop) and just hit and miss photographs. Any input is appreciated!

I have a Canon Powershot SD600, and the battery-operated on it is pretty good, but when it is out, it does not grant much warning to the battery-operated dying. So I was wondering if within is anyway to check the battery surrounded by the menu or anything to see how full it is??
