Information is a Canon PowerShot SD850 Digital Camera

The SD850 IS was first announced in May 2007 to replace the SD700 PowerShot. Only an update relatively subtle.

Visually the SD850 is virtually indistinguishable from the old model, and only a few changes to the specification of the camera. Design: -

# Before: - The front of the Canon PowerShot SD850 IS is marked on the left side with a textured metal Canon logo and model name printed. The right side of the front of the camera is a little busier. The optical zoom takes up most of this side. The objective is flat with the rest of the body of the camera to light: then extends into three segments. Each segment has a shiny chrome ring around its edge.

# Left: "The left side of the SD850 does not characteristics. It is dark, medium and light silver panels and two small screws.

# Return: - The left side of the rear has a 2.5-inch LCD screen is surrounded by a group of darker silver. Side # entitled "The right side has a wrist strap eyelet of chromium in the center that curves slightly upward. A recess is below the belt slip a bit less of a task. Near the top is a plastic door supported by a thin strip of rubber. It covers the A / V on the top and the USB port on the bottom. Image Quality: - The picture quality is very good in the SD850 IS. The camera took well exposed, with pleasure, accurate colors. The sharpness is in the middle: not too soft or too hard (and this can be changed if desired). Noise is minimal up to ISO 400, ISO 800 with the configuration usable for small prints (ISO 1600, on the other hand, it is not). purple fringing was not a problem. Negative service quality of the image of a corner sensitive blurred vision and severe red eyes, which are common in the ultra-compact class. Although there is not much you can do about the blurred vision (You will not see it in all but the largest prints, though), you can use the tool in playback mode to get rid of red eyes.

Results: - Camera performance is excellent. The SD850 is ready to take about one second, which is above average. Focus times were very good, even in low light. Shutter lag is not a problem, and delays in shot-to-shot was minimal. While speed plan is not very high, the SD850 can shoot at 1.3 frames per second until the memory card is full speed. Battery was on average in the ultra-compact group and, like all Canon cameras, the SD850 supports the USB 2.0 high speed.

This camera is a great little camera that is practical can be easily concealed, and taken anywhere, because it slips easily into a purse or pocket. This is a perfect camera for portraits indoors with flash, and outdoor photos. It is not good to stop action.

Pictures of children and animals is often blurred because of the dry 1 / 60. shutter speed. If you need to take in low light or action / sports photography, it would be better to buy a digital SLR camera cheap. The only reason not give this camera 5 stars is because the high ISO noise.
